In order to take advantage of our immediate 10% online discount, you must place your order online or via fax. All information listed on our interactive Adobe ordering form must be completed entirely whether it is faxed or submitted via e-mail. Click Here We realize that some Government and University customers are not allowed to place a credit card order online. Orders from any Government or University will receive the same 10% discount when one of our customer service representatives calls and asks for your credit card information. You will also receive a 10% discount when faxing your purchase order to our sales staff at: 1-713-456-2790 - simply request that someone in our sales department calls you and asks for your credit card information. You may also fill out and fax our order form. Click Here Discounts larger than 10% are often available depending upon your total order volume. For orders up to $1,000.00 USD, the discount is 10%. If your immediate order exceeds $1,000.00 USD in value, or if your company is involved with resale, you may be eligible to a larger discount. For microbiology products, the best discounts are offered on all Difco and BBL microbiology products as well as Hardy Diagnostics Criterion dehydrated culture media. |

For customers in Canada, we can prepay your import GST & brokerage fees to speed clearance through Customs when we ship via Federal Express. For all international customers, we will ship according to the best rates and delivery service through Federal Express or an air cargo freight service (such as Bax Global). You are responsible for import regulations for any product ordered from Bacterius Limited. By ordering from Bacterius Limited, you agree to pay all import taxes promptly on arrival at your customs port of entry unless you requested we agreed to charge you in advance and you pre-paid for these fees and services. You will forfeit your shipment if you fail to clear your goods and pay your import duties quickly on arrival |

We do not accept returned merchandise unless what you received is not what you ordered. Mistakes made on your behalf are entirely your responsibility. Some exceptions are offered for laboratory equipment (vials, seals, stoppers, loops, dishes) when the customer (you) pays for return shipping as well as additional charges to ship the corrected item back to you. Microbiological media, under most circumstances, are not accepted for return unless the product you received is not what you ordered. |

Customers who choose to send in their orders and payment (money orders or CERTIFIED cashiers checks from the USA only - private checks are returned) will also receive the same discount. Our preferred carrier is Federal Express. We can also
ship via Express Mail Service or Priority Mail. We cannot ship UPS collect.
