Our designated carrier in the USA is Federal Express®. Customers outside the USA may elect to have their goods shipped DHL®. We can also ship some items via US Express Mail Service. We cannot ship UPS collect. For customers in Canada & Mexico, we ship according to the best rates and delivery service through either DHL or Federal Express. You are responsible for import regulations for any product ordered from Bacterius Limited. You also agree to pay all import taxes promptly on arrival at your customs port of entry. You will forfeit your shipment if you fail to clear your goods and pay import duties quickly | ||
| PRODUCT RETURNS | We do not accept returned merchandise unless what you received is not what you ordered. | ||
